Refund and Purchase Terms

Development-stage notice: These purchase terms are informational guardrails for the YoSupreme development site. Final refund, purchase, and fulfillment terms must be reviewed before paid public launch.

Marketplace status

The marketplace may show preview, test, development, or future products while Solar Front and YoSupreme services are being built. Do not purchase test or preview products. A product should only be treated as available when its page clearly says it is available and describes what is delivered.

Digital items and entitlements

Digital products, founder-style packs, account entitlements, subscriptions, in-game currency, and supporter items require clear fulfillment terms before sale. Product pages should explain whether delivery is manual, automatic, future, or unavailable before checkout is enabled for that item.

Refund handling

Refund handling will depend on the payment provider, product type, fulfillment status, and applicable law. For the current development-stage order flow, the draft policy is: refund requests should be submitted within 14 days of purchase, admin review is required before any refund is issued, refunds go back to the original payment method, and digital access/entitlements may be revoked if a refund is approved. Final refund handling must still be reviewed before paid public launch.
