END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Yosupreme.com / YoSupreme Studios ("Owner") regarding your use of Solar Front, related services, the YoSupreme storefront, and associated online features ("Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
1. Grant of License
- The Owner grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services and associated content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- The User acknowledges and agrees that the Services are privately operated by the Owner and are subject to the rules and policies established by the Owner.
2. Subscription Payments
- The User may have the option to purchase founder access, supporter products, cosmetics, or other digital goods, subject to the payment terms determined by the Owner.
- Payment grants the User the specific entitlements, access, or perks described at the time of purchase.
3. User Obligations
- The User shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Services.
- The User shall not engage in any unauthorized distribution, modification, or reproduction of the Services or their content.
- The User shall respect the intellectual property rights of the Owner and any associated third parties, including but not limited to not stealing, claiming credit for, or infringing upon contributed work.
- The User shall adhere to the rules and regulations established by the Owner and shall not engage in conduct that violates these rules or disrupts the Services' functionality.
- The User shall not share restricted access, private files, or protected service content with other individuals unless explicitly permitted.
4. Termination
- The Owner reserves the right to terminate or suspend the User's access to the Services, without prior notice, for any violation of this Agreement or other misconduct deemed inappropriate by the Owner.
- In the event of termination, the User shall not be entitled to any refund or compensation except where required by applicable law or an explicit written policy.
5. Modification of Agreement
- The Owner reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. It is the User's responsibility to review the Agreement periodically for changes. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
- The User acknowledges that the Services are provided on an "as is" basis and the Owner makes no warranties or guarantees regarding availability, performance, or functionality.
- In no event shall the Owner be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Services.
7. Affiliation Disclaimer
Solar Front, YoSupreme Studios, and related services are not affiliated with Valve Corporation or any of its subsidiaries except as allowed by the platform terms under which the game is distributed.
8. Reference to Xbox Developer Rules
The Server includes a small amount of public domain models, and your use of these models is subject to the Xbox Developer Rules available at https://www.xbox.com/en-US/developers/rules. By using the Server, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the Xbox Developer Rules.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is intended to be governed by the applicable laws for YoSupreme Studios' operating jurisdiction. Final jurisdiction and legal terms should be reviewed before paid public launch.
10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Owner concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements.
